In the kitchen I love making my own frosting, and when I have a bowl of frosting in my fridge, I’m always on it to make it my own.

This recipe for cako spoon cake, which can be made in under an hour, is the perfect breakfast or snack, or just a healthy dessert to have with a cup of tea or coffee.
