Ingredients 3 cups of pineapple 1 large yellow onion, diced 1 small green pepper, diced 2 cups of coconut milk 1 teaspoon of salt 1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper 1 tablespoon sugar 3 cups flour 1 cup coconut oil 1 cup water 3 cups sugar 2 tablespoons cinnamon 1 tablespoon nutmeg 3 tablespoons vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon cayman salt Instructions In a bowl, mix together coconut milk, salt, and cayena pepper.

Add sugar and stir to combine.

Mix in coconut oil and water.

Stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla.
